Systems are installed to suit customers needs with extra options which include medical fobs, which when activated send a message to the monitering station or via text for help, if there are elderly people living alone and or within the building, may need assistance or medical help, panic button can also be used similiarly for people who live alone or who live in ioslated areas. Panic buttons are also used where parents are using childminding services where the childminer can use this sevice as a backup to the parents if and when required.
